Knoppix by areg
I am an oldtime(since 1994, starting with IBM AIX and SGI) UNIX user, and most of my work(I am a grad. student at UIUC) is in Debian Linux. However at home I have Windows (for most of household stuff) and recently I came upon Knoppix. Actually, yesterday I tried to update a Microsoft Virus-scannig software, and now as a result I can't even start Windows not even in FailSafe mode! I am trying to use Knoppix to climb into Windows and either back-up the whole HD or simply delete the Virus-scanner. What a great thing this Knoppix is! The great counterstrike to Microsoft's imprerialism. Hasta la victoria siempre!! Why Does My System Only Allow Root Logins?
